Investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make.

Recently, our team came together for an RBA University session on Blueprint Reading Using Bluebeam. Employees had the opportunity to build new skills, explore industry tools, and learn from one another.

Thank you to our presenter for sharing their expertise and creating an engaging, hands-on learning experience. We also appreciate everyone who participated and invested in their professional growth. RBA University helps employees expand their knowledge, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and strengthen collaboration across teams. RBA Builders is proud to recognize Duc Le for his contributions as part of the Project Engineering team. As a Project Engineer 3, Duc supports daily project operations and helps keep projects moving forward from start to finish.

He works closely with project teams, clients, and trade partners to coordinate tasks, track progress, and support day-to-day project needs. Duc also helps maintain clear communication throughout each phase of construction. His strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive approach continue to support the successful delivery of RBA Builders’ projects.

This week, we recognized National Safety Stand Down Week by focusing on one of the most important parts of every jobsite: safety. As part of the national Falls Campaign, our crews and management paused work activities to discuss fall hazards, prevention methods, and safe work practices.

Throughout the week, teams covered fatal falls, ladder safety, rescue planning through virtual reality training, and falling object awareness. A hands on watermelon demonstration highlighted the importance of wearing a hard hat and safety glasess and the dangers of falling objects on the jobsite.

The stand down encouraged open conversations, strengthened safety awareness, and reinforced how to prevent falls from roofs, ladders, and scaffolds so everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
