Improving Access. Solving Challenges. Building Relationships.

P+F Construction recently wrapped up sitework improvements at Ace Hardware in Honea Path, enhancing accessibility, traffic flow and drainage while keeping the store open for business throughout construction.

The project included grading, storm drainage improvements, utility relocation, new driveways and parking areas, and relocation of the propane filling station. Completed in two phases, the work provides additional parking and improved access for customers and deliveries while addressing a longstanding drainage issue by directing water away from the building.

We're especially grateful for the opportunity to continue our relationship with the Simpson family, having previously partnered with them on their Ace Hardware location in Williamston. It's a privilege to keep building together!

P+F Construction’s VDC leaders, Travis and Wess, recently attended Autodesk University 2026 in Las Vegas, connecting with industry professionals and exploring advances in AI, VDC coordination practices and construction robotics.

A key takeaway was discovering how the tools we already use can extend beyond design and coordination to deliver quick, meaningful and practical benefits for our customers and trade partners.

By continuing to invest in technology and our people, we’re building smarter workflows, making better decisions and strengthening the way we deliver projects.

Project Complete | SCDOT Salt Spreader Shed

Another project completed for the South Carolina Department of Transportation. P+F recently completed a 5,770-square-foot salt spreader shed at SCDOT’s Greenville Maintenance Office, providing a dedicated, weather-protected space for storing salt spreader equipment and supporting day-to-day maintenance operations.

Delivered through a public bid process, the project was a great partnership with SCDOT from start to finish.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside SCDOT to deliver a practical facility that supports the people and equipment responsible for keeping South Carolina’s roads safe and maintained.

Six years of building more than projects.

This summer, P+F Construction celebrated six years in business—a milestone that gave us an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come, the relationships we’ve built along the way and the foundation we’re continuing to build for the future.

Since 2020, our team has grown, our projects have expanded across the Upstate and beyond, and we’ve had the privilege of partnering with incredible clients, trade partners and communities. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to putting People First.

As we move into year seven, we’re grateful for every person who has been part of the journey—and excited for what’s ahead.

We had a great day on the course at this year’s Clean Water Classic, supporting the Water Environment Association of South Carolina! ⛳️

Hopwell United Methodist Church: 225 years of history. A new space for generations to come.

P+F Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of Hopewell United Methodist Church’s new 5,774-square-foot sanctuary in Simpsonville. The congregation gathered for its first Sunday of worship in the new space on August 2, marking an exciting new chapter in a story of ministry and service that spans more than two centuries.

P+F served as the Design-Build partner, working alongside Hopewell and Equip Studio from planning and design through construction to create a space that honors the church’s rich history while supporting its continued growth and ministry.

Church projects hold special meaning for our team because their impact reaches far beyond the building itself. We’re grateful to Hopewell for trusting P+F with a space where families will worship, grow and gather for generations to come.
