Preliminary Interior Trade Walkthrough.

This is where alignment happens.

Before starting interior rough ins, (MEPs) we bring every trade partner together, not just to review plans, but to communicate, collaborate, and move as one team.

This is how we eliminate miscommunication.
This is how we prevent delays.
This is how we reduce questions later in the process. This is how we create momentum.

We follow the architectural plans, review the design, and identify anything that changed in the field. But more importantly, we give every trade a voice.

If someone sees a better way, we speak up. We adjust. We improve.

Because this isn’t a one person team. it’s a team effort.

Like a body… every part matters. The hands, the eyes, the brain, we all play a role in bringing the vision to life.

And when everyone works together like that, the result is stronger, smoother, and built the right way.

Today we celebrate the man who started it all. My pops.

For over 25 years, it’s been me, my brother, and my dad, figuring it out together here in the U.S. Building a life from the ground up. Alone in a new country. With no one but each other. No shortcuts, no handouts… just hard work, sacrifice, and having each other’s backs through it all.

He wasn’t perfect, but he never stopped trying.
And that’s what matters.

As a single father, he did everything he could with what he had. He showed up. He stayed strong. He made sure we kept moving forward no matter what life threw at us.

Everything we build today, our business, our values, our “pack, it all started with him. Thank you dad for always wanting a better future for us, for leaving everything back home and bringing us here, for always being there.

Happy Birthday, Dad.
We love you. We’re grateful for you. And we carry everything you taught us into everything we do.

The foundation of Husky Builders isn’t just construction.. it’s family. 🐺

Best of Fountain Inn 2025, we’re beyond grateful.

What started in one community has grown into something much bigger than us. From the Upstate to Coastal Carolina, the support, referrals, and relationships we’ve built mean everything.

We don’t take it lightly. We’re committed to continuing to grow the right way, serving our clients, supporting our trade partners, working alongside other great individuals, and creating opportunities that bless more families along the way.

Not every new build has to feel packed in.

We’re excited about this one because it’s the kind of project that just makes sense.. Five homes, two acres each, beautiful farmland surroundings, and a layout that gives homeowners room to breathe.

This is for the person who wants new construction, but also wants privacy, space, and a property that feels like home before you even pull in the driveway.
