Front entryway door replacement. Original doors served their purpose for 30 years and it was time for new ones. Lots of rotted wood under the threshold needed to be replaced, as well as the rim joist. We changed it out and put proper flashing in, to prevent rot from happening again.

Recent project we finished up. Complete tear down of the existing 45'x12' main deck. Upon doing so we discovered a good amount of rot had started behind the ledger. All the rot was replaced, and proper flashing was installed. We then constructed a new 45'x12' deck, as well as a lower 14'x12' deck to connect to the pool. Pressure treated decking, along with composite rails and skirting was installed. Great fall project to end the season.
