My favorite part of the year and I’ve officially come up with a new decorating schedule for our home:

September 1st: Decorate the entire house for fall 🍂

October 1st: Add in the Halloween decor 🎃

November 1st: Take it ALL down and decorate for Christmas 🎄

I’ve already informed our household, so unfortunately for them, it’s final 😂

Just Sold!

This one had a few twists and turns. We went in and out of escrow, and while one buyer loved the home, they just couldn't get their own home sold in time. That's the reality of today's market sometimes.

Thankfully, another family who had been watching this home stepped in, submitted an offer, and now it's officially theirs!
