Waterside is a new mixed-use development, anchored by Whole Foods Market, that will capitalize on the unique physical attributes and location of the former LMRA (Lockheed Martin Recreation Association). It will be a vibrant shopping, leisure, office, and residential district that is socially, financially, and environmentally sustainable, featuring best in class design and materials with an unmatch

Construction on this 63 acre development is scheduled to begin Fall 2014. It will host 150,000- 200,000 sf of retail space, a 160,000 sf of office space, 20-30 acres of residential structures and a signature hotel site. With the site sitting directly on the Trinity trail, visitors will be able to enjoy the view of the Trinity River or take advantage of the great space for running, cycling or horseback riding.

We’re cooking up something new at Waterside… 👀🍽️

We know many of you have been wondering what’s next following the recent closure of The Rim and Piattello Italian Kitchen announcement that they’ll be moving to Clearfork later this fall.

While we can’t share all the details just yet, we can tell you this: two new restaurants are coming to Waterside!

We’re always working to keep Waterside a place you love to shop, dine, and gather, and we think you’re going to love what’s next.
