Another steep one today for an adjuster meeting with my friends at Allstate — and we got another approval! ✅

I’m always going to be there with my homeowners during the adjuster inspection, especially on roofs like this. Get up there, show the damage, document everything and make sure nothing gets overlooked.

Some before and afters of a repair I just wrapped up in Fort Worth. 🏠

A previous customer who we completed a repair for last year reached out and wanted us to take a look at one of their rental properties. After inspecting it, we noticed several issues, including multiple areas that were leaking.

We went ahead and:
• Replaced 7–8 shingles damaged by a tree
• Replaced an entire 20x20 flat roofing section that was old, worn out, and leaking severely
• Repaired the flashing on the front and back of the property
• Added a small section of drip edge
• Removed an unused pipe jack, decked over the opening, and installed new shingles

Now they’re leak-free and ready for move-in. ✅

Thank you for the continued business! They’re already talking about having us look at another property toward the end of the month.

Just secured this beautiful property out on Lake Granbury, fully approved through their insurance after initially being denied.

I can’t stress enough the importance of having a qualified contractor involved when your insurance company comes out to inspect your property. Fortunately, we were able to get the property properly inspected and a reinspection granted, ultimately getting the claim approved.

We’re now looking at a full roof replacement, gutters, 3 awnings, and a lake dock, all to be brand new soon. Stay tuned for this project!

Another project officially wrapped up with a final walkthrough! 🏠🔨

This homeowner went all-in on the upgrades, choosing CertainTeed Landmark Class 3 Impact-Resistant shingles along with new VELUX skylights featuring remote-controlled shades that darken the room at the push of a button.

From the roofing system to the finishing details, everything was designed to give this home a fresh look, better protection, and a more comfortable living space.
