Meet the Owners of Distinctive Concrete Concepts — Ashli & Tim McGiLL

This photo represents a lot more than a flooring company. It represents 40 years of experience, 15 years of building together, millions of square feet, and a business we built from absolutely nothing.

Tim has spent 40 years manufacturing, developing, and installing high-performance coatings and flooring systems. His experience has taken him around the world, from Otis Elevator in China to Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and across the United States. He didn’t just learn how to install coatings—he learned how to develop and manufacture systems built to perform.

Ashli grew up in the flooring industry alongside her dad and joined DCC 15 years ago. Since then, she has successfully overseen and installed more than ONE MILLION square feet of flooring, and continues to help lead DCC every single day.

Distinctive Concrete Concepts is our baby.

We didn’t inherit it.
We didn’t build it with someone else’s money.
There were no loans and no shortcuts.

We built it with true grit, long days, hard lessons, handshakes, relationships, and a belief that taking care of the customer matters more than the bottom line.

If you’re wondering why we’ve been so quiet lately… we’ve been busy doing the work.

Last week alone, the DCC team completed 50,000+ sq. ft. of sealer at one facility, a parking garage at another, and another garage project wrapped up yesterday.

Now we’re back on one of our largest projects, working toward completion by the end of September. Then October 1st, we head to New Jersey for another 45,000 sq. ft.

We don’t take any of it for granted. Every project represents a client who trusted our people, our products, and our word.

Extremely thankful for our clients, our team, and every opportunity to keep earning that trust. One floor at a time.
