Pro tip! Trickle your exterior faucets, don't just drip them. Hot and cold. You've seen the forecast; keep that water moving!

1. Turn on the hot water. Once it gets hot, turn it down to a thin stream.
2. Slowly turn on the cold water until the stream increases.
3. Check the water. It should be WARM. Adjust the cold water accordingly.

Its been a quiet week at the Beeline hive. Like you, we're taking a break to spend time with friends and family. Today is the perfect day to reflect on the past year and look forward to the new year.

Highlights for 2025 include welcoming new clients to the Beeline family, as well as welcoming Jeff Newton and Arthur Salas to the Beeline team. We are grateful for your referrals to friends and family, and to all of our clients; we never underestimate the trust you place in us every time we step foot in your home. We've really enjoyed getting to know you and calling many of you "friend." Jeff and Arthur are exceptionally talented, and most important, are good people. They're the kind of people you want to work with. The kind of people you can trust.

What is in store for 2026? To start, we have a Beeline app for our clients and new service offerings we will unveil in the first quarter. If that's not enough, we're launching a new website!

In the time of new beginnings, maybe its time to make your home a Beeline Home!

Happy National Dog Day to three of our favorite floofies! We love you Rusty, Buddy and Rip! Interesting fact - we don't have any clients with cats - all dogs. So to our cat friends, get your human to give us a shout if you want more time for afternoon cuddles and cat nip.

New coil is in, but you’ll have to wait until Monday (we hope) for final pictures after the inspection. Yes, we actually pull permits and have an inspection. We want our clients to have peace of mind!

It was only 135 degrees in the attic today, but the client is happy. The system is running great and will be more efficient!

The Beeline team is already hard at work this morning at a client’s home in Keller! The client just purchased the house and had an old R-22 unit with a major coil leak. We’re exchanging the coil and condenser to convert to the new refrigerant, and saving them a lot of money versus a full system replacement. Stay tuned for progress pics through the day!
