🥵 Texas heat is here, and we're feeling it too!
As we celebrate Independence Day, we want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding.
Today, many HVAC companies—including ours—are operating with a smaller team, and most HVAC supply houses are closed for the holiday. If your system needs a replacement part, there may be a delay until suppliers reopen.
Our technicians are working hard in some of the toughest conditions imaginable—from the hot Texas sun to attics that can reach well over 130°F. We promise we're doing everything we can to get to every customer as quickly as possible while also making sure our team stays safe.
With this extreme heat, service calls are at their highest, and we'll be working long hours to help as many families as we can.
Here are a few ways to help your AC perform its best:
✅ Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day.
✅ Avoid using the oven during the afternoon if possible.
✅ Limit running the dryer and dishwasher during peak heat.
✅ Keep doors closed to prevent cool air from escaping.
✅ Replace dirty air filters regularly.
✅ Set your thermostat to one temperature and avoid changing it throughout the day.
💡 A quick reminder: During extreme heat, it's completely normal for your air conditioner to run for long periods. Most residential systems are designed to cool your home to about 20°F cooler than the outdoor temperature during the hottest part of the day.
Please give us a call if you notice any of these signs:
🔹 Loud grinding, squealing, or banging noises
🔹 Breakers that keep tripping
🔹 Your AC won't turn on after checking the thermostat and breaker
🔹 Warm air coming from your vents
🔹 Weak or no airflow from your vents
❤️ Thank you for trusting AirHeart HVAC. We truly appreciate your support, your patience, and your kindness as our technicians work hard to keep homes and businesses cool this holiday weekend.
