Back at it after Labor Day — but we ended last week the right way.

Friday we brought the team together to celebrate some wins, recognize each other’s achievements, look at how we’re performing, and talk about where we’re headed.

There was plenty of business to cover, but also plenty of laughing, storytelling, and probably more fun than you’re supposed to have at a company meeting. And our Production Team even took over lunch and cooked for the office.

Days like this are a good reminder that the best thing we’re building isn’t a project or a system. It’s this team.

Grateful for these people and excited about where we’re headed.

A little on-the-job training.

One of our experienced technicians took the time this week to show a newer technician how to do something the right way.

We’ve got a lot of talented people at EA, but having people willing to slow down, teach what they know, and help the next guy get better is pretty special.

This is how we get better together.

Commandment Number 8 of Working in Another Man’s House: Leave it better than you found it.

Apparently today that means taking half a truckload of cardboard and Styrofoam with us.

The finished system matters. So does how we treat our client’s space while we’re building it.

Leave it better than you found it. Every time.

Some of our best work is never seen.

When a project is finished, people see the displays, hear the speakers, and experience the system. What they don’t see is everything happening behind the walls and above the ceiling to make it possible.

Rigging is a great example. It may eventually disappear behind a ceiling tile, but that doesn’t make the details any less important. Proper structure, careful planning, coordination with other trades, and an installation built to safely support the equipment for years to come.

Craftsmanship matters just as much where nobody can see it.

It’s always fun to see one of our projects get some attention!

Green Hippo recently published a case study on our work with the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame as part of its 16,000-square-foot expansion.

Our team updated an immersive nine-projector environment powered by Green Hippo’s Hippotizer Meuse MX media server. The goal wasn’t simply to create an impressive visual experience—it was to give the museum a system that was flexible, easy to operate, and could transform with the stories and events happening in the space.

We had a BLAST hosting our first annual Pinewood Derby race yesterday! The team’s full creativity was on display. We cooked lunch, raced cars, handed out medals and trophies, and enjoyed time with each other. It’s a joy to work and play together with this team!
