PROJECT KICKOFF | Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus

Another project is officially underway, The Post L Way.

Post L Group has kicked off construction at Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus, beginning improvements to an existing barn facility on campus.

With foundation work now underway, the project will include a new foundation and structural steel construction as our team brings new improvements into the existing campus environment.

From the first concrete pour to the final piece of steel, we’re proud to bring the coordination, craftsmanship, and commitment that define The Post L Way to every stage of the project.

On , we’re excited to help share the launch of Building the Pathway: The Cohort Journey, a new video series following participants through the Building Pathways cohort experience—from training and career development to placement and graduation.

Building the next generation of our industry takes more than creating job opportunities. It takes mentorship, development, access, and a commitment to helping people build sustainable careers.

We’re proud to see that commitment in action and look forward to following these participants throughout their journey.

As students and teachers headed back to school this week, is the perfect time to look back at Baylor Elementary—a ground-up campus for Crowley ISD that we’re proud to have helped bring to life.

Post L Drywall served as the drywall and metal framing contractor, with their scope including cold-formed metal framing and exterior sheathing, interior walls, acoustic panels in the cafetorium and library, and the linear wood ceilings at the learning stairs—one of the standout features of the school.

This project was also a great example of what strong partnerships can accomplish. Steele & Freeman served as the general contractor and partnered with Post L’s general contracting team through a joint venture. We’re grateful for their leadership, collaboration, and partnership throughout the project and proud of what our teams accomplished together.

As the halls fill back up for another school year, it’s rewarding to see spaces we helped build being used for what matters most—giving students and educators a great place to learn, grow, and succeed.

We’re proud to have been part of the renovation of Jacquet Middle School for Fort Worth ISD, located in the historic Stop Six community of Fort Worth.

Our scope included new walls, acoustic ceilings, acoustic wall panels, doors and hardware, along with linear wood ceilings in the library that bring warmth and character to the space.

It’s especially meaningful to contribute to a project that represents continued investment in Stop Six and its future. Quality schools and learning environments are an important part of strengthening communities, and we’re proud that our work helped create an updated space that students, staff, families, and the surrounding community can take pride in.

We appreciate everyone who played a part in bringing this renovation to life and investing in the next generation of Stop Six.

🎒 Back to School — The Post L Way!

At Post L Group, building stronger communities goes beyond the projects we construct. It’s also about investing in the people and communities those projects serve.

We were proud to donate 50 filled backpacks to Councilwoman Mia Hall, Fort Worth District 6, helping local students head back to school prepared and ready to learn.

As a construction partner serving schools and communities across North Texas, we believe the work goes beyond the jobsite. It’s about building lasting relationships and supporting the students, educators, districts, and communities behind the spaces we help create.
