Yes… even in this heat, rodents are still getting into attics. 🐭☀️

It sounds strange, but we’re getting a surprising number of calls for rodent activity overhead right now.

They’re not choosing attics because they’re cool — they’re choosing them for shelter, nesting, protection, and easy access through rooflines, vents, and gaps.

So if you’ve been hearing scratching, movement, or little footsteps above the ceiling, you’re definitely not the only one.

Wasp season is warming up… just like this Texas heat. 🐝☀️

We’re starting to see more wasp activity around DFW, and the calls are picking up.

Check around your home now for early nest activity near:

And here’s the important reminder: not all spiders are the same.
Some are common outdoor web-builders, while others — like black widows — are ones you definitely don’t want hanging around your home.

This is a good time to check:

* patios and eaves
* storage areas
* shrubs and landscaping
* around doors, windows, and outdoor furniture

If you’re seeing more webs than usual, it may be time to take a closer look. 👀
