Rempro insists on going the extra mile for the customer and installs lead jacks instead of rubber auto caulks. The rubber is simply not designed or purposed to withstand the sun and will crack and leak over time. We also will apply a '1' by '1' section of waterproofing membrane over the pipe. Rempro installs this self adhesive waterproofing membrane in your valleys for you. With the customers best interest in mind, we hope this will prevent further leaks. The reason being is because valleys have the most water passage on the whole roof. Valleys form at the connection of two slopes, therefore they are the most vulnerable are on the roof for leaks
