Speed Fab-Crete Corp. Continues 50-Year Partnership with Durant Family on New Classic Chevrolet Grapevine Service Center
Partnership continues with the No. 1 Chevrolet dealership in the world for three consecutive years
FORT WORTH AND GRAPEVINE, Texas — September 15, 2026 — Speed Fab-Crete Corporation (SFC), celebrating 75 years of building across Texas, announces renovation is underway on the new Classic Chevrolet Grapevine Service Center.
The Design-Build project is transforming a former 181,000-square-foot GameStop manufacturing facility into one of the largest Chevrolet service facilities in Texas.
The project continues a 50+ year relationship between Speed Fab-Crete and three generations of the Durant family while supporting the growth of Classic Chevrolet Grapevine, recognized as the No. 1 Chevrolet dealership in the world for three consecutive years.

133,000-square-foot service shop with 121 service bays
8,900-square-foot, 24-car service drive
10,000-square-foot customer waiting area
18,600-square-foot parts department
10,500-square-foot administrative and office area
The new facility will increase service capacity, enhance the customer experience and support additional employment opportunities in Grapevine.
A Relationship Built Across Generations
SFC President and Co-Owner Ronald A. Hamm first worked with Tom Durant in 1989 as Project Manager for the original Classic Chevrolet Grapevine dealership. That professional relationship grew into decades of mutual respect and friendship.
Today, the relationship continues with Bently Durant, who works alongside his father in leading Classic Chevrolet and guiding its continued growth.

Speed Fab-Crete also supports the The Tom and Susan Durant Foundation as a Title Sponsor of the annual Classic Chevrolet Charity Golf Tournament. The Foundation has provided millions of dollars to charitable causes.
