Trail Edge House sits on an unusually small and shallow site at the cliff edge above Lake Granbury. The limited depth of the property drove the placement of the house, creating a narrow sequence of spaces between the street and the water.
The house opens gradually toward the lake. Walls provide privacy at the edges, while glass and covered terraces frame the horizon and extend the living spaces outward. A compact house shaped by a precise relationship between site, view, and water.
