This deck was in need of repairs due to broken boards and broken supports. We removed the broken boards, but new posts in concrete with new supports, built a new wrap around bench and stairs/stair hand rail. Finished it off with a coat of paint and she’s good as new 😊

Old cabinets fell off the wall. Tiles were cracked. Kitchen needed a face lift. New floors, new insulation, new sheet rock, custom butcher block counter, and farmers sink with a floating shelf. Just needs trim and appliances and she’s done!

Floor was severely warped due to the subfloor retaining moisture. Had to pull up the vinyl plank floor, make cuts to allow subfloor to breath, level everything, and reinstall flooring. Came out nice and clean.

What a doosey! A clogged drain line caused a ceiling to fall down. On top of that; someone ran over their main water line and busted it!!

We went to clear the blocked lines in the attic and found the trap wasn’t properly vented and had schedule 20 pvc instead of schedule 40 which is what we prefer to use.

We built a new trap with schedule 40 and got all the lines cleared. Cleaned the outdoor unit and the system is draining good and cooling the house.

We also helped dig out and repair the main water line 😉 we were messy but we had a good time! God definitely has a sense of humor when it comes to bringing us men together sometimes 😅 We enjoyed every minute of it!!!

Arrived to a no cool call for a diagnosis. We found a locked up condenser fan motor and bad capacitor. We got both of them changed out and the system is cooling again.

These consecutive 100° + days are rough on the oil and bearings for these motors! Give us a call if yours is making loud noises or heavy vibrations. On to the next one!

Out with the old and in with the new 😊 super happy to keep our client cool during this heat wave!
