We initiate the process with drone inspections, contact your insurance carrier to assist your claim, meet your adjuster, advocate for the policy owner to get approvals for all damages owed under the policy, document the entire process from inspection, 100-300 photos through active supervision of the work before, during and after completion to document the work completed, ensure that it is done correctly / up to code and to the specifications of the property owner.
All of our verified contractors offer 2-years to lifetime workmanship warranties, and because of our process, we offer an additional 10 year workmanship warranty so that if for any reason, the contractor’s warranty defaults, we take full responsibility to find another contractor to repair the work free of charge.
We offer this at no cost, pure benefit to the property owners themselves, charging services only to the contractors for which we have established verified relationship, protecting the property owner from fraud, unperformed or insufficient work, and faulty warranties, providing deserving contractors approved work that is free from liability, and ensure insurance companies payout on approved claims that have been documented, completed and free of insurance fraud / scams that are commonplace with any national disaster.
