We will be bringing back a fan fav at the June 20th Hemlock Haus night market!!!!

It's sweet, spicy, and NOT a jam or spice!!!

Stop by for a sample or, better yet, buy a jar and enjoy it at your leisure.

We will also be debuting a flavor requested by several customers. (Strawberry Rhubarb)

Best of all my favorite person in the world (that I made in my tummy) added their own flare to several of our decorative switch plate covers and they look freaking amazing!!!!

We will have s new flavor for everyone to enjoy. I like to call it Fancy Pants (Nance and Clementine). We are also bringing back Psych (Blueberry and Pineapple).

When shopping for jalepenos I came across a fruit called Nance. Which I immediately thought ohhhhhh what can jam I make from this?

The name is still pending on this one but here are the ingredients nance (yellow cherries), clementine, ginger, lemon juice, and sugar.

Let me tell you it's phenomenal!!!! This would be the perfect addition to your ice cream, charcuterie board, and even a dipping sauce at dinner.
