PSA.. Good morning all. Over a month ago I engaged these folks to do work on a project with me. After several delays with the permitting and story after story regarding why he couldn't pull the permit, I found out he is not capable of pulling a permit because he is not a master. Chadwick Moore personally received funds as a deposit and has since, gone radio silent. Gc's beware.
