🤩🤩Bathroom remodel is complete✨✨✨

Subfloor complete with new tile.
New shower walls, mudpan, new drain.
New vanity installed with faucets.
Toilet installed.

Shower no longer holds & has a beautiful slope with nice flooring. Client said his upstairs restroom looks better than the master. Also, this bathroom has been remodeled 3 times in the last 3 years. WOW😳🤯 we took care of that for this family & will soon be doing the master bathroom downstairs.✨✨

Just another day but finally able to lay down plywood so we could even get to the shower & even walk in the floor carefully. Once everything was demoed & cleaned out we could finally move around & begin to install. Client used 4x10 subway tiles for the shower walls. Jose installed mudpan & new curb. The old one was completely rotted out.

This is what it looked like when Jose just used a hammer looking behind the opened tile in back. Your shower wall should never come off this way, muscles look like this. Jose’s words, “another bad install”.

This project started out for a subfloor needing to be fixed as it had a slant & wasn’t leveled & felt like it was going to cave in on the 2nd floor. Client wanted the floor fixed & tiled. In the meantime, Jose noticed the walls on the shower were loose & it was holding water. After speaking with the homeowner & showing him, he decided to remodel the shower as well & add a new vanity that we installed.
