Well, this made our day! We are so excited for this family to start their TEXAS life! Welcome to Texas!

I want to express my thanks to you and to Sweven Custom Homes for the wonderful home we bought today. The workmanship we've seen has been superb and we are looking forward to our new life in the home and appreciate how patient and friendly you were to work with. I also appreciate the fine gift plaque you left on our fire place. Attached are some photos I took today at our new home which shows the plaque along with the first picture we've added to the home and some gifts from our realtor. I suspect that it is unlikely that we will be looking for another home in the foreseeable future but in the event we would certainly talk to you about possibilities. Again, thanks....
