Here’s an after and before shot of a rental property that we worked on. It had not been touched in 15 years so it was in pretty bad shape. The owner did not want to dump a lot of money into it, but rather just give it a refresh. Although Doyle ended up with a full bathroom remodel and partial kitchen remodel.

Cabinets are getting set by the cabinet company, tile company has the shower done, and Doyle Finish Carpentry has all of the doors and trim ran, just waiting on flooring to be installed so we can come back and install the rest of the baseboard.

The painters have all of our work primed and ready for paint. These four rooms that look out at the golf course have really transpired into an open and spacious view. The room farthest out will be the breakfast nook, followed by the kitchen, and then the dining room, and last room being the sunroom.
