BESPOKE BY DESIGN. UNCOMPROMISING BY STANDARD.
Thirteen stories above the city, within a private residence inside a mixed-use commercial building, we are creating something that could never have been selected from a catalog.
A fully bespoke Roman soaking tub, designed and constructed specifically for this residence.
The architecture presented the challenge: a reinforced structural concrete slab, an existing drain location, and no practical means of relocating the plumbing from below.
The solution wasn't compromise.
It was design.
Rather than alter the structure to accommodate a conventional product, we designed the tub around the architecture — allowing the existing conditions to become part of the engineering behind a completely custom installation.
What is taking shape is a carefully considered hybrid assembly utilizing some of the industry's most proven systems, each selected for a specific purpose.
LATICRETE for submersion-rated waterproofing.
Schluter Systems throughout the surrounding waterproofed wall assembly.
Cementitious reinforcement incorporated where additional rigidity and strength are demanded.
Topical waterproofing systems strategically layered to provide another level of protection and longevity.
