RSG Exteriors is growing, and we’re looking for motivated people who want more than just another job.
We’re offering an opportunity to learn valuable exterior construction skills, earn raises based on your abilities, and work toward becoming an Installer or Lead Installer.
Starting pay: $20 per hour
30-day performance review
Hands-on training provided
Opportunities for skill-based raises and advancement
Experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. We can teach you roofing, siding, seamless gutters, soffit, and fascia. What we cannot teach is work ethic, dependability, and the willingness to improve.
Our expectations are simple:

• Be comfortable working outside and on ladders
• Listen, learn, and take direction
• Respect your crew, customers, and job sites
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Stay productive and help the team succeed
Construction can be demanding, but it is also rewarding. You’ll be able to look back at the end of each day and see exactly what you accomplished.
