Requirements:
-Must be reliable.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-2 Years Experience with various Flooring installations and Remodeling. TILE IS A MUST
-Must have ability to stand, move, and work on knees for extended periods of time.
-Must have ability to use hands for extended periods of time.
-Must have ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
-Ability to work independently or with a small crew
-Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
-Must pass criminal background check.
-Must be able to pass a drug screen.
-Prefer 5+ years of experience in the trade.
-Must have a proven track record of quality work.
-Willingness to occasionally travel up to 60 miles outside of Fort Wayne to a job site.
Responsibilities:
-Perform all phases of residential remodeling, including framing, some trimwork, flooring installation, tile installation, and fixture installation
-Read and interpret plans and measurements accurately
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
-Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines

Starting Pay of $20-25/hr based on Experience, Re-Evaluated after 90 Days.
