📍 Fort Wayne & Surrounding Areas
💰 Earn $200–$300+ per day knocking doors and locking in deals
We’re expanding fast and looking for confident, motivated individuals to promote our high-demand custom concrete curbing and landscaping services. If you can start a conversation and keep moving, we’ll show you how to turn that into real money — fast.
💵 Pay Structure:
$15/hr base pay
5% commission on every closed job (average job = $2,000+)
Appointment Spiffs (paid daily):
• $10 for 1 appointment
• $25 for 2 appointments
• $15–$20 each if you hit 3+
$25 bonus if your appointment turns into a closed deal
Weekly payouts every Friday
🚪 What You’ll Do:
Knock doors in target neighborhoods
Educate homeowners on our curbing and landscaping options
Set appointments or close deals on the spot
Submit daily reports (quick + simple)
🔥 What We’re Looking For:
Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus (solar, roofing, pest, etc.)
Solid communication skills — you can hold a conversation and stay sharp
Self-motivated and dependable
Reliable transportation
