🎉 40 YEARS! 🎉
These days, working at the same company for 40 years is about as rare as a fax machine getting excited about a software update. But Sara Boardman has officially done it!
Over four decades at Brooks Construction, Sara has watched her job change in ways no one could have imagined when she started. Technology has changed, processes have changed, and we’re pretty sure a few hairstyles have changed along the way. Through all of it, Sara has remained the person you can count on to be accurate, thorough, helpful, and determined to do things right the first time.
Her attention to detail is second to none, her commitment to customer service has never wavered, and her years of experience have made her a true subject matter expert. If Sara doesn’t know the answer, there’s a decent chance nobody does.
But what makes 40 years especially worth celebrating is the loyalty and dedication behind it. Sara has given a huge part of her career to Brooks Construction, and we’re incredibly fortunate that she chose to spend those years with us. (She must have started when she was 12).
Congratulations, Sara, on 40 years! Thank you for your knowledge, your high standards, your loyalty, and for reminding the rest of us to double-check our work. 😉👏

The fireworks may be over, but our pride in this country and our community lasts all year long.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at the Fort Wayne 4th of July parade. For 117 years, Brooks Construction has been proud to help build the roads and infrastructure that connect our communities, strengthen our local economy, and keep the Crossroads of America moving.

As we reflect on our nation's 250th anniversary, we're honored to continue building the foundation for the next generation.

Happy (belated) Independence Day—and thank you, Fort Wayne, for letting us be part of your community.

🎉 50 YEARS. Half a century. Five decades. One incredible legacy.

Today we're celebrating Andy Brooks and an extraordinary milestone—50 years of dedication to Brooks Construction!

For 50 years, Andy has shown up with hard work, determination, leadership, and a commitment to excellence that has helped shape not only our company, but the communities we serve. He's seen industry changes, technology advances, and probably enough construction stories to fill a book (or at least keep us entertained through lunch).

Through it all, Andy has remained a steady force, a trusted mentor, and a true example of what it means to be committed to your craft and your team.

Fifty years is more than a work anniversary—it's a legacy. Please join us in congratulating Andy Brooks on 50 remarkable years with Brooks Construction!

Thank you, Andy, for everything you've built—both on the job and within the Brooks Construction family.
