What do you we do when we pick a bushel of peppers from the garden? Everyone stepped up and got to chopping! 64 cups of peppers were vacumm sealed and tossed in the freezer for later meals!

Why do one batch of salsa .... when you can do 6 instead? 67 pints of the good stuff at the end.
PLUS, we saved a lot of seeds from some nice tomatoes.Had to use cherry tomatoes to have enough tomatoes, but so worth it!
