Precision and great quality is all you can ask for when it comes to tint. Our guy over at Tint By Rito does just that. We appreciate you coming out and delivering high-end tint on our 336 and D6N.

From window tint to spray on bed-liners he does it all, if you need anything done he’s the guy to call.

Monday job update:

The crew at 7 Brew Coffee is taking big steps. They have completed erosion control, all the demo work, earthwork, undercuts, water line, and are starting to get sanitary lines in the ground. The 7 Brew building was delivered and placed last week as well.

The guys at Myron Meadows have been working hard to get the site up to grade. They have dug and backfilled two borrow pits, dug and put to grade a pond, and are putting the final touches on site grade. Pipe should be going into the ground this week.

We also had a crew down in Marion getting Zaxby’s ready for asphalt and a crew putting the final touches on a new distillery in North West Fort Wayne.

Long days, hard work, and a lot of determination is what it takes to keep a job flowing. Although the weather has not been in our favor, both crews have been working through it to keep the jobs moving along.

2026 Nivek Earthworks employee appreciation dinner.

We are extremely grateful for our team who makes sacrifices day in and day out to build quality projects for our customers and community. These guys and their families are the backbone of this company and are the reason all of this is possible. Although some of the team was unable to attend, it was a great night celebrating and getting excited for everything this year has in store.

Thank you The Hoppy Gnome for the great venue, amazing food and service. You put together a memorable night for the Nivek Earthworks family!

NOW HIRING: EXCAVATION LABORERS (FULL-TIME)

We’re a growing site development company looking for reliable, hard-working laborers to join our team. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with site prep, digging, install underground utilities, and cleanup
Work alongside equipment operators and foremen
Load/unload materials and tools
Follow safety procedures and keep job sites organized

What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Willingness to learn and take direction
Construction or excavation experience is a plus (not required)
