It's all in the details: crucial connection point COMMONLY missed in new construction. Where the concrete meets the bottom plate, 𝙬𝙚 𝙜𝙤 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 further than the traditional sill gasket with not only caulking under the sill gasket, but applying the Siga Fentrim Tape to bond the two together.
