From a dirt lot to a fully customized corporate office! 🏗️

TI Source recently completed the interior buildout for Automotive Color, the first tenant in the newly constructed Building 11 at Keystone Industrial Park.

This 24,000 SF space was designed and built around Automotive Color’s operational needs.

Since it was new construction, they needed everything from framing, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to custom furniture, Nxtwall systems, pallet racking, fire-rated rooms, restrooms, and exterior landscaping.

TI Source helped transform a brand-new industrial shell into a fully functional headquarters ready for the next chapter of Automotive Color’s growth.

NEW PROJECT! 🎉

An existing client contacted us about a property they own in Indianapolis. The office building suffered flood damage throughout the 12,720 SF first floor and required repairs and improvements.

Our crew is currently in the process of replacing flooring, drywall, doors, and casework throughout the common areas and tenant spaces.

Soon, the first floor will get fresh paint and new finishes to bring it back to life.

TI Source recently completed work for Martin Supply's new location at 5311 Distribution Drive, Fort Wayne.

This 16,030 SF industrial building received a newly configured office area, complete with new flooring, lighting, doors, private offices, receiving areas, a conference room, open workstations, and a new employee breakroom.

The exterior saw improvements through new paint, new landscaping, and a newly resurfaced and striped parking lot.

We are pleased to announce a new project at Midwest Office Park in Fort Wayne!

TI Source has already completed a full demolition of the existing 11,341 SF space. Additional improvements will include a completely new office layout, relocation of the HVAC system and mechanicals, new light fixtures, and new casework.

Plans also include several NxtWall panels, decorative ceiling designs, and a new Euro-Wall multi-directional folding door system, which allows the panels to fold and slide in any direction.

We cannot wait for the tenant to take occupancy in what will be a beautiful new office!

What is design-build?
