Another Project successfully delivered right on time for the 2026 Fall Semester!

We are proud to have brought Pineview K-8 from concept to completion, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a seamless construction process from start to finish.

This project reflects the commitment and collaboration of our Lord & Son Team, Jacobs|Titan, and valued subcontractor partners who all worked very hard to bring this vision to life.

As this project comes to a close, we are so grateful to have played a big part in something that will serve students and the community for years to come!

We will see everyone soon, stay tuned...

This project is a true reflection of hard work, dedication, and commitment from start to finish. Seeing the completed Destin 3-5 makes all the long hours, attention to detail, and challenges along the way worth it. Every team worked hard and opened the doors just in time for fall semester!

Knowing that this school will help shape the next generation makes this project especially meaningful.

As always, a huge thank you to our L&S team, Jacobs|Titan, and all of our wonderful subcontractors, for dominating this project.
Please enjoy these outstanding completion photos, and we will catch everyone on the next one!

As the Okaloosa Technical College- North Campus comes to a close, we would like to share the process - beginning to end.

Seeing this campus come to life for the students is what it’s all about! We’re proud to create a space where students can learn, grow, and prepare for their future careers.

Thank you to our amazing employees for their hard work, our clients for trusting us with this job, and all of the subcontractors that helped make this happen! We’re very proud of the hard work that everyone put in to bring this project across the finish line! ✔️✔️
