We want to clear up something regarding a recent review posted on our page.

This person was NOT a customer of Boyd Mechanical and did not receive any service from our company. They were actually shopping at another business and had their vehicle parked directly in front of our shop.

My wife politely asked them to move their vehicle so our customers could access our business. The gentleman was very nice and understanding about it. Unfortunately, the woman with him became upset about being asked to move the vehicle, and she later chose to leave a negative review on the Boyd Mechanical page.

We have no problem whatsoever with honest reviews from people who have actually done business with us. We welcome honest feedback, whether it’s good or bad.

But leaving a negative review about a company you never hired, never received service from, and never actually did business with is misleading and unfair to a small local business.

We have reported the review and are documenting the situation. False or misleading reviews can have legal implications, and we will take the appropriate steps to protect our business and our reputation.

We’re not looking for an argument or trying to make a big deal out of a parking situation. We simply believe our customers deserve accurate information when they’re deciding who to trust with their heating and air needs.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Boyd Mechanical. Our customers truly mean the world to us, and many of you have become more like family than customers. ❤️
