🔧🧹 PART-TIME HELP WANTED – CLEANING / HANDYMAN / REMODELING

We’re looking for dependable part-time help with our Airbnbs, rental properties, and apartments.

🏠 Airbnb Cleaning: Light turnover cleaning between 11 AM–4 PM — laundry/bedding, making beds, bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming, mopping, and getting the property ready for the next guest.

🔨 Handyman Work: Small household repairs such as drywall patches, replacing faucets, light fixtures/bulbs, minor repairs, and general punch-list items.

🛠️ Remodeling experience is a BIG PLUS! We also do apartment turnovers and small remodels, including demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction. The more you can do, the more work and hours we may have available.

You do NOT have to do everything. Cleaners, handymen, and remodeling helpers are all welcome to apply.

🚗 Reliable transportation is important.

We are looking for an experienced tile installer to join our team.

Requirements:
• Experience installing floor tile, shower tile, backsplashes, and other tile applications
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality workmanship
• Own tools are a plus

Pay:
• Starting at $200 per day
• Up to $250 per day depending on experience and quality of work
