Comments: TOM IS AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL -FROM BEGINNING TO END. I HAD A BATHROOM RETILED AND HE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! HE AND HIS HELPERS ARE VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE TILING IS BEAUTIFUL! THIS KIND OF WORK TAKES SOMEONE WITH NOT ONLY SKILL IN LAYING TILE, BUT ALSO SOMEONE WITH ARTISTIC ABILITY. TOM HAS BOTH. HE IS HONEST, UP FRONT AND WORKED HARD TO GET MY PROJECT DONE JUST THE WAY I ASKED. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE - HE WAS, IN FACT, RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CLIENT.

I also was happy to see that he was truly concerned about our satisfaction with his work and he spent extra time with us in person and via phone and email to make sure we were happy with the work.
