Another roof already dry-in and ready for inspection, in about a week we sound have the material dropped off and ready to be installed. This will be a 5V crimp 26 gauge metal roof.

New metal roof getting installed in Port St. Lucie this is going to be a 5V crimp 26 gauge. So far we have the underlayment install within a week we should have the metal panels and this house should be ready owners remodeling this house to put up for sale.

Here is this new job of a reroof flat roof we are doing in Port St Lucie. Had a bunch of leaks and now that we tore off the existing material we can see why, but we are going to take care of our customer and make sure he has no more leaks. Testing out the new drone today. We finally got the roof prep. Now we are waiting for the rest of the roofing material. As said before we are going with a 1” standing seam so you dont see the screws with a dark brown color as requested from the owner. Feel free to contact us.
