Another roof being renovated here in Today we passed Dry-in, In Progress and Flashing. We will be back tomorrow to complete the rest of the roof so we can call our final this Thursday. Super quick and a fast progress to get this clients roof back up-to-date. To complete time to have this roof done is literally going to be one week. We signed the contract last week on Tuesday, we receive the permit on Thursday. Did the tear off on Friday. For some reasons the inspection didn’t go through for Monday, but we got it done on Tuesday and now the roof will be completed by Wednesday.

Here is this roof we start last week on Friday.

From Clay to architectural shingles. This roof took about 8 sheets of plywood that we had to replace and 5 fascia. It will be great as new once again.

Today we have a Dry-in and In progress inspection.

Coming along fast with this flat roof system. 1/12 roof pitch that went from a tar/gravel to a TPO System From but this isnt your ordinary type of roof decking boards. This home has a older system called wood fiber decking that also works as a insulation for the home. The best option for this Residential home was to go with a TPO, but first we have to lay down some iso board. Obviously first we have to prep the decking before we install the iso board. Hopefully, I get back in time soon to get some drone shots. In the meantime, here are some photos.

Here is a roof repair we did for my realtor client .harris.realtor home. We were provide with the exact shingle brand and color. You may see the color looks different, but then again the existing shingles have been weathered down which is normal, we did have to remove additional shingles since they were already cracked and damage. Best to fix it now then get a phone call back later and that makes you a better contractor.
