⚠️ MOLD REMEDIATION IS NOT REGULAR DEMOLITION ⚠️

In this video, our team at Apex Restoration and Property Services is performing professional mold remediation using proper containment, respiratory protection, HEPA filtration, and cross-contamination prevention procedures.

Removing contaminated materials without the proper equipment and procedures can spread mold spores into unaffected areas and make the problem worse.

In Florida, mold remediation involving more than 10 square feet must be performed or supervised by a properly licensed mold remediator, subject to the exemptions established by state law. Not every contractor is licensed or qualified to perform this specialized work.

Protect your property and its occupants. Before hiring anyone, verify that the company has an active Florida mold remediation license.

Floor preparation is one of the most important steps before installing LVP flooring!

After removing the existing tile, our team thoroughly cleaned and prepared the concrete slab, applied the required primer, and used self-leveling underlayment to correct uneven and low areas. This creates a smooth, stable surface and helps prevent movement, uneven seams, and future damage to the new flooring.

Next step: LVP installation!
