First time ever running this machine, and I took a chance putting him in the seat to load trucks. Sometimes leadership is about seeing potential in someone before they see it in themselves. Everybody has to start somewhere, and nobody becomes a great operator without someone giving them an opportunity. You can teach someone how to operate equipment, but you can’t teach work ethic, attitude, and the willingness to learn. Proud of this young man. Keep learning, stay humble, and never stop pushing yourself to be better. The future is bright! 👏🏼
