Stone Fabrication Account Manager
Location: 6490 Metro Plantation Rd, Ft. Myers, FL 33966

Job Summary:
The Stone Fabrication Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-installation follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships. The Account Manager acts as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality stone fabrication products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions involving natural stone, quartz, granite, marble, or other stone surfacing materials.
Prepare and present accurate quotes, estimates, and proposals for stone fabrication projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (estimators, drafters, production, and installation crews) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stone products, market trends, and fabrication techniques.
Monitor the progress of active jobs and communicate updates to clients.
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the stone, construction, or building materials industry.
Knowledge of stone fabrication processes and materials (granite, quartz, marble, porcelain, etc.).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, or CAD files is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites or client meetings as needed.
