Cougar Companies We’re a 3rd generation family business that has evolved into one of the most successful full service construction contractors in Southwest Florida.

In the early 60’s, we started out as one crew, one truck. We’ve since evolved into one of the most successful full-service contractors in Southwest Florida. Over the past six decades, we’ve met the needs of our customers by completing all kinds of projects not limited to mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, vertical concrete construction, roadway construction, concrete sawing, drilling, and breaking...

We pride ourselves on exceeding our customer’s expectations and “building” lasting relationships.

The icing on the cake. Fresh asphalt brings together months of hard work, long days, and a crew that kept pushing through it all.

There’s a lot of their effort underneath that pavement.

Taking the work inside at Pine Ridge Plaza in Naples. With the block work behind us, the crew is on the hose and across the floor, pumping, placing, and finishing the interior concrete. Plenty of hands in this pour, and every one has a part in getting it right.

You see the change. These guys know the hours it took.

An updated look at Pine Ridge Plaza in Naples, with a lot of hard work between the earlier photos and where it stands today. Credit to the crew for putting in those days and making every detail count.

From flat on the ground to standing tall.

The tilt-wall panels at the Two Guys Hospitality project are officially going vertical. Weeks of prep, forming, steel, concrete, and coordination all lead to this moment.

Huge work by the Cougar crew getting it to this point. This one came together fast.

Now you can really see it coming together.

The tilt-wall panels are up at the Two Guys Hospitality project, braces are set, and steel is already going in overhead. What was flat on the casting slab just days ago is now a building taking shape.

A lot of moving pieces and a lot of work from the crew to get it here.

Setting the stage in Boca Grande. 🎭

Our crew is getting started at the Boca Grande Theatre, excavating footings and setting forms for the foundation. Every measurement, cut, and board takes skilled hands, and this team is putting in the work.

A lot of prep, a lot of concrete, and a solid push from the Cougar crew. Next stop: Vertical.
