Exciting news regarding the future of one of our divisions!

Dear Valued Customers/Partners/Community Members,

We are pleased to announce an exciting new chapter for one of our divisions.

Effective 8/26/2026, Extreme Florida Roofing, Inc. has been acquired by a new owner.

Along with this new ownership, Extreme Florida Roofing, Inc. is now an entirely independent entity. Please note that Extreme Florida Roofing, Inc. is no longer affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with Extreme Companies of Florida, Inc., including Extreme Painting & Contracting, Inc., & Extreme Demolition & Land Clearing, Inc.

Extreme Florida Roofing will continue to operate under its official new owner, Jami Hagy.
Jami Hagy has been a Managing Member since 2021. She brings a wealth of experience in the Roofing Industry and is fully committed to upholding the high standards of quality and service expected with Roofing needs. CCC1333523

Current Roofing services and contracts will continue without interruption, and the Roofing office remains in place to support daily operations.
