The old logo still gets dirty in the field.
Because this company wasn’t built behind a desk! It was built on job sites. 🏗️

🖌️Painting and waterproofing is our forte.
But construction is our bloodline.

We understand the entire system from foundation to finish.
When you know how a building is assembled, you know how to best protect it.

General contractor knowledge. Specialist ex*****on. Long-term protection.

Raised on Integrity.

🚧

In Southwest Florida, coastal exposure isn’t forgiving.
Salt. Moisture. Heat. Wind. Movement.

HOA boards and condo associations don’t need guesses.
They need partners who understand structure, envelope systems, concrete behavior, and lifecycle planning.

We don’t just apply coatings.
We help safeguard assets, reserves, and long-term property value.

Built in the field.
Backed by experience.
Focused on protection.

If your community is planning capital improvements, restoration, or preventative maintenance

Let’s talk before small issues become major assessments.
