Another Southwest Florida 7 Brew is officially moving forward. ☕🚧

One of the biggest milestones on this project happened before the building could even begin. Our team successfully remediated a significant amount of petroleum-contaminated soil, ensuring the site was properly prepared for the next phase of construction.

With the environmental remediation, demolition, and site clearing now complete, we’re wrapping up the final preconstruction coordination before construction activities begin to ramp up.

Every successful project starts long before the first foundation is poured. It’s about solving problems, overcoming challenges, and preparing the site the right way from day one.

We’re excited to bring another 7 Brew Coffee location to Southwest Florida and look forward to sharing the progress every step of the way.

🚧 FROM SITEWORK TO STRUCTURE 🚧

Months of planning, coordination, and preparation all led to this moment.

Last week, the building for the future 7 Brew on College Parkway in Fort Myers was lifted into place, marking one of the most exciting milestones in the construction process.

What was recently an active construction site is now beginning to take shape as a recognizable destination for the community. It’s always incredible to watch a project transform in just a matter of hours as a crane sets an entire building into place.

We’re proud to be part of bringing another 7 Brew location to Southwest Florida and grateful for the team, trade partners, and client who make milestones like this possible.

If you’re traveling along College Parkway near the Cape Coral Bridge tomorrow, keep an eye out.

The future 7 Brew location is scheduled for its building set, marking one of the biggest milestones in the construction process.

What has been months of planning, sitework, coordination, and preparation is about to come together in a big way. If you spot a crane and plenty of activity on site, that’s because an entire building will be arriving and taking shape right before your eyes.

These moments happen quickly, but they’re always exciting to watch.

🚧 FROM UNSUITABLE SOILS TO A FINISHED PROJECT. 🚧

The transformation in these photos goes far beyond what meets the eye.

The “before” photo captures one of the most challenging phases of this project in Panama City. To create a stable foundation, we had to remove significant amounts of unsuitable soils beneath critical structural areas, perform a major dewatering operation, import and compact structural fill, install geogrid reinforcement, and bring the entire site back to grade.

The “after” photo shows the finished 7 Brew, but the real success of this project was built below the surface. Every load of soil removed, every foot of geogrid installed, and every detail of site preparation played a role in ensuring a long-lasting, high-quality finished product.
