Exciting news! Sweetwater Apartments Phase II in Lake City, Florida, is now complete. Designed by PDS Architecture, the 48-unit affordable multifamily community provides a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes along with a clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor resident lounge.

The two three-story buildings were designed with sustainability and storm resilience in mind, meeting NGBS Green Building standards and incorporating FORTIFIED Roof design standards.

Progress continues at Casa San Juan Diego in Immokalee! 🏗️

From the air, the vision for this new community is becoming increasingly clear, while work continues across the site with exterior construction advancing and interior drywall and finishing underway.

Designed by PDS Architecture and developed through a partnership between National Development of America and the Diocese of Venice, Casa San Juan Diego will bring 80 thoughtfully designed apartment homes to Immokalee, featuring modern amenities, quality finishes, and welcoming community spaces.

We're excited to see this project continue to take shape and look forward to sharing more milestones as construction progresses.
