Are we really working when you get to spend your day here!? ❤️🌴🌞

Will be doing a perimeter leveling on this stunning Shellstone custom lanai followed by a full cleaning, restoration brightening treatment, stripping of an improper seal that the client hired someone else to do but only got about 75% of it off, finished with a beautiful custom finish to be revealed.

We will be wrapping this up Monday. Wait for it…..

Another Stripping project. Always make sure you are assured that the products used on your hardscape are appropriate and will never fail on you.
It costs more than twice the cost of sealing to remove failed coatings.
You should never have to strip if maintained properly!!
Maintenance is EASY!!

Applying the wrong paver sealer can cause so many issues. This client had someone apply a solvent based sealer on textured “dimpled” pavers. Not only is that not the best route, they did not spread the mils (thickness) out after installation.
When this happens you have thick spots in the depressions that will be thicker than the other areas.
This can cause permanent damage by wearing everywhere but the depressions leaving sporadically “worn” pavers.

✅ We stripped the surface and recoated and back rolled for a flawless finish!
