A little something cool for the crews putting in the work.

We stopped by The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club in Bonita Springs and Estero Oaks Retail Plaza in Estero with Pelican’s SnoBalls for the subcontractors working through the Southwest Florida heat.

These projects take a lot of skilled people working together every day, and we appreciate the crews who continue showing up and getting the job done.

Thank you to all of our subcontractors for the work you do. We were glad to bring a cold treat to the jobsite and show our appreciation!

Progress continues at Estero Oaks as work moves forward on multiple areas of the site.

Our crews are laying up stem walls and preparing for the upcoming building slab pour, while stormwater structures are being installed and the parking lot continues to be filled.
With building work and site development happening simultaneously, there’s plenty taking shape across the project.

We’re proud to be building alongside Abel Construction Company, Inc. and look forward to sharing more progress as Estero Oaks continues to develop.

From groundbreaking to completion, it’s rewarding to look back at how a project takes shape.

Completed earlier this year, Pine Island Road Plaza added 3,900 square feet of new commercial space along Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. The development features a modern retail design, convenient site access, and a drive-thru space now occupied by Cali Coffee.

The transformation in these photos represents the work that happens between an initial vision and a finished space ready to serve businesses and the surrounding community.

Construction continues moving forward at our Dunkin' project as another key phase nears completion.

MEP inspections are now 95% complete, marking an important milestone before the interior finishes begin to take shape. Wall coverings are scheduled to start next week, followed by ceilings, above ceiling work, and flooring as the project continues progressing toward completion.

It's always exciting to see a project transition from the behind the walls work to the finishes that bring the space to life. We look forward to sharing more updates as this new Dunkin' location continues to come together.

Progress at Sanctuary Golf & Social Club continues as crews work through the critical phases that set the stage for everything to come.

Framing is nearing completion while drywall installation moves forward in select areas. At the same time, HVAC and electrical rough ins are underway, with multiple trades working together to keep the project on schedule.

While these milestones may not be the most visible, they're some of the most important. Every wall framed, every system installed, and every detail completed brings the project one step closer to becoming a finished space. We're excited to continue sharing the transformation as work progresses.

Estero Oaks is officially taking shape. Site clearing is underway, marking the beginning of construction on this exciting project. Over the next two weeks, crews will continue sitework while simultaneously moving into concrete placement and underground plumbing and electrical installation. With multiple phases progressing at once, we're looking forward to seeing steady progress in the weeks ahead.
