The final details are coming together at our Dunkin' build-out.

Final inspections and punch-out work are underway as our team addresses the remaining items throughout the space. Up next is the final punch walk-through with the owner group as we prepare the project for turnover.

This stage is all about making sure every detail is addressed and the space is ready for the owner.

We’re looking forward to wrapping up the build-out and sharing the completed space soon.

Progress is becoming a lot more visible at Estero Oaks.

Since our last update, the building slab has been poured, the first lift of block is in place, and crews are now working on the first level of concrete tie beams.

After weeks of critical groundwork below the surface, the structure itself is beginning to take shape. It’s an exciting transition for the project and one that makes the progress easy to see.

We look forward to sharing more as Estero Oaks continues to rise.

A day on the course with the people who help build Southwest Florida.

GCG was glad to participate in and sponsor this year’s Bricks & Sticks Golf Tournament, hosted by the Lee Building Industry Association. It was a chance to connect with others in our industry while supporting the work of Lee BIA Builders Care.

A night away from the jobsite, spent with the people who make GCG what it is.

Our team and their families got together for a little bowling, some friendly competition, and plenty of time to catch up. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun night.

We’re grateful for the people behind the work and the families who support them.

The finish line is coming into view at Arborwood Commons.

Final inspections are now underway as the project moves through the last stages of construction. The team is also awaiting completion of the remaining sitework before the project can officially wrap up.

If everything continues as planned, we anticipate reaching completion by late September or early October.

After months of work and coordination across the project, it’s exciting to see Arborwood Commons enter this final stretch. We look forward to sharing the finished result soon.

Progress continues from the ground up at Estero Oaks.

Footers are in, stem walls have been laid, and underground electrical and plumbing are now in place as the team prepares for the next major step: pouring the building slab.

Work is also continuing beyond the building footprint. Over the next two weeks, site conduits will be installed and additional fill will be brought in as the parking lot continues to take shape.

With progress happening across multiple areas of the site, Estero Oaks is steadily moving from groundwork toward vertical construction.

Dunkin' is taking shape as the project moves past the halfway point.

Construction is now approximately 60% complete, with crews focused on above-ceiling work as we prepare to close up the ceilings. Owner equipment installation will follow as the interior continues moving into its finishing stages.

With several key phases coming together, the team is working toward completion by the end of September.

We’re looking forward to seeing the final details come together as this project enters the home stretch.

Interior progress continues at The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club in Bonita Springs.

Framing is wrapping up this week, while drywall is being hung and finished in select areas throughout the space. MEP rough ins are also continuing as the different systems and finishes begin to come together.

In the Community Room, the ceiling has received its flat black finish, offering an early look at some of the design details that will help define the finished space.

With framing nearing completion and more finishes beginning to appear, the project is entering an exciting stage where the vision for the interior is becoming easier to see.

From ground level, the focus is often on the work happening right in front of you. From above, you get a much better sense of how the entire site is taking shape.

These recent drone views capture the footprint of the development, the work underway across the property, and how each area is beginning to come together as part of the larger project.
