A bird’s-eye view of another successful project 🌤️

The new Maintenance Building at Estero Park and Recreation Center will house the vehicles and equipment that support daily park operations. Both practical and purpose-built, this behind-the-scenes structure plays an integral role in keeping the park safe and functional.

We’re especially grateful for the positive feedback from Lee County Parks & Recreation and the Village of Estero, and excited that the success of this project has opened the door for continued partnership opportunities at Estero Park!

This National Preservation Month, we’re proud to reflect on our work helping to preserve one of Fort Myers’ most iconic landmarks, Edison and Ford Winter Estates. 💡

Over a ten-year period, Chris-Tel Construction worked closely with Parker Mudgett Smith Architects on the meticulous restoration of these historic homes and buildings while ensuring they can be experienced for generations to come. From carefully restoring original materials to implementing innovative preservation techniques, every detail was approached with respect for the past.

This project was honored with multiple awards, including the Trustee’s Emeritus Award for Excellence in the Stewardship of Historic Sites. Our team's work on the Edison and Ford Winter Estates represents our deep commitment to preserving history while building for the future.
