Join us in welcoming David Tanis as our Business Analytics Specialist! 🌟

David brings experience in business analytics, process improvement, and AI-driven automation to his role as Business Analytics Specialist at Chris-Tel Construction. He holds an MBA in Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University is a certified Project Management Professional, and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Technology at Florida SouthWestern State College.

At Chris-Tel, David will develop the executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and pipeline forecasts that guide our planning, bring AI and automation into our research and reporting, and work alongside leadership, marketing, and business development to turn data into decisions that support our continued growth.

Our Chris-Tel team came together for this year's Partners for Breast Cancer Care Pink Run, and we had an absolute blast. It was a day filled with lots of team spirit and plenty of pink! We even had several team members up on the podium 🏅

This cause hits especially close to home for our Chris-Tel family, making the opportunity to come together and support those impacted by cancer even more meaningful.

We're so proud of our team for showing up for one another and for a cause that makes a real difference in our Southwest Florida community. 💕

Help us welcome Johnny Limbaugh as Director of Business Development at Chris-Tel Construction! 👏

Johnny brings more than 30 years of experience across Florida’s construction and transportation infrastructure sectors, including business-development leadership with national and regional construction firms. His public-sector experience includes serving as Director of the Florida Department of Transportation's District One Southwest Area Office and Executive Director of the Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization.

In his role, Johnny will focus on strengthening relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and design partners while helping identify and advance new project opportunities. Working alongside our leadership, preconstruction, and operations teams, he will support our continued growth and help clients establish a clear path from early planning toward construction.

This year, Breast Cancer Awareness Month hits especially close to home for the Chris-Tel family. 💗

Over the past several months, two members of our team have faced their own battles with cancer - one now celebrating being cancer-free, and another continuing to make encouraging progress through treatment.

On October 10, our team will be proud to participate in the Partners for Breast Cancer Care Pink Run in support of them and so many others in our community impacted by cancer. We hope you’ll join us in supporting this important cause! 🫶
