October is here and Lewis Morris AC has a confession to make. 😂❄️

We kind of love this month.

Not because the weather gets dramatically cooler here in SW Florida — let’s be honest, we all know 85 degrees is still on the menu for a while. 🔥

But because October is the month SW Florida homeowners finally get a tiny little break from their AC working around the clock.

And THAT means it’s the perfect time to show your system a little love before another year flies by.

Think of it like this — your AC ran a marathon this summer. 🏃‍♀️
October is its cool down stretch. 🧘‍♀️

A quick professional check-up this month keeps everything running smoothly, catches anything the summer stress may have left behind, and sets you up for a worry-free rest of the year. ✅

We are Lewis Morris Air Conditioning — your locally owned, honest, we-actually-pick-up-the-phone AC company right here in SW Florida. ❤️

Give us a call this October. We’d love to take care of you. 📞

Happy October SW Florida! 🎃❄️

SW Florida — a quick reminder from your favorite local AC company. ❄️💙

Just because summer is winding down doesn’t mean your AC gets a break.

Let’s be real — down here in SW Florida our AC runs pretty much year round. 🔥 And after pushing through the brutal heat of another summer, your system has been working harder than ever.

This is actually one of the BEST times of year to get it checked. Here’s why: 👇

✅ Technicians have more availability now than during peak summer
✅ You can catch any wear and tear from the summer before it becomes a bigger problem
✅ Getting ahead of any issues NOW means peace of mind heading into the cooler months
✅ A well maintained system runs more efficiently — which means lower energy bills

Don’t wait until something breaks to give your system the attention it deserves. 💪

A quick check-up from Lewis Morris Air Conditioning can catch small problems before they turn into expensive emergencies — and give you the confidence that your home is in good hands.

We are locally owned, fully licensed, and always honest about what your system actually needs. No overselling. No pressure. Just straight talk from people who genuinely care about keeping SW Florida comfortable. ❤️

Give us a call today and let’s make sure your system is ready for whatever this Florida weather throws at it next! 📞

Today we pause.

Twenty-five years ago the world changed. And there are some things time simply does not — and should not — diminish.

To the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001 — we remember you. 🙏

To the first responders who ran toward the danger without hesitation — your courage defines what it means to serve.

To the military men and women who have sacrificed in the years since — we are grateful beyond words.

To the families who carry this loss every single day — you are not forgotten. Not today. Not ever.

From our family at Lewis Morris Air Conditioning to all of SW Florida — we stand with you in remembrance today. ❤️

Never forget.

Hey SW Florida — I owe you a quick note. ❤️

You may have noticed things have been a little quiet on our page the last couple of weeks. Here’s the honest story:

Week one — vacation. 🌴
Even your hardworking local AC admin needs a little time to recharge. I took some well earned time off and sailed away to Alaska for a change!

Week two — sick. 🤧
Came home from vacation and promptly got knocked down by whatever is going around right now. Not exactly the triumphant return I had planned. 😂

But here’s what did NOT take a vacation or get sick:

❄️ Our phones.
❄️ Our technicians.
❄️ Our commitment to keeping SW Florida cool and comfortable.

Because even when the social media goes quiet, Lewis Morris Air Conditioning never stops showing up for this community. 💪

I are back. Healthy, rested, and ready to take care of every AC need you have heading into the last stretch of this SW Florida summer. 🔥

If you’ve been meaning to call about a service, a tune-up, or that noise your AC has been making — now’s a great time. We’re ready for you. 📞

Thank you for your patience and for continuing to trust us with your homes. We don’t take that lightly. ❤️

August reminder, SW Florida! 🔥❄️

When did you last change your AC filter?

If you had to stop and think about it — it's probably been too long. 😅

Here in SW Florida your AC runs harder than almost anywhere else in the country. And a dirty filter makes it work even harder — which means higher energy bills, poorer air quality, and a system that wears out faster than it should.

Here's a simple rule to live by: 👇

✅ 1-inch filters — change every 30 days
✅ 2-inch filters — change every 45-60 days
✅ 4-inch filters — change every 3-4 months
✅ Have pets or allergies? Change MORE often

A fresh filter takes two minutes and costs a few dollars. A neglected system can cost you thousands. 💰

This month — go check your filter right now. We'll wait. 😄

And if your system has been struggling even WITH a clean filter — that's your sign to give us a call. It might be telling you something. 📞

Lewis Morris Air Conditioning — keeping SW Florida cool, one filter at a time. ❤️❄️

Before you spend $15,000-$30,000 on a brand new AC system — call us first. 📞

Here in SW Florida, we hear this story all the time:

A homeowner calls a big national AC company for a repair. The tech shows up, takes a look, and within 20 minutes tells them their system needs to be fully replaced. Immediately. No options. Just a very large quote and a lot of pressure to sign today.

And sometimes? That's true. Systems do wear out and need replacing.

But sometimes? It's not the whole story. 😐

At Lewis Morris Air Conditioning, we believe you deserve a second opinion before making one of the biggest home expenses of the year.

Our honest assessment will tell you:

✅ Whether your system actually needs full replacement
✅ Whether a repair could extend the life of your current unit
✅ What your system's real condition is — straight talk, no pressure
✅ What your options actually are before you commit to anything

We are locally owned. We have no corporate quotas to meet. We have no reason to sell you something you don't need.

We just have 40+ years of keeping SW Florida homes cool — and a commitment to being the company you can actually trust. ❤️

If another company has told you that you need a new system — give us a call before you sign anything. The second opinion is free. The peace of mind is priceless. ❄️
