In celebration of World Photography Day, SH Modern is pleased to spotlight Cheraine Collette, an internationally acclaimed artist whose ethereal photographic paintings transform reality into something entirely imagined.

Blending photography, digital hand-painting, and meticulously layered imagery, Collette creates dreamlike worlds where nature, architecture, and mythology converge. Her works blur the line between photograph and painting, inviting viewers into a world that feels both familiar and fantastical.

Currently exhibiting at the 9th Chianciano Art Biennale in Italy, Collette has received more than 300 international awards, including two Golden Pangea Trophies from the Siena Awards and Fine Art Photographer of the Year.
